This is such big news for us long haulers - I was going to include it in my post this weekend, but I like your treatment of it here so I think I’ll just link to you 😉

I'm glad it feels exciting, I am also hopeful about the prospects for long haulers and also beyond (as I wrote about here). I am always wary of putting too much hope in any near-term therapeutics based on early research, but seeing progress is definitely really exciting.

I honestly felt that when I learned that most of my serotonin is produced in my gut it explained a LOT, like why my mood seems to be so affected by what I eat!

My wife is obsessed with personalized medicine in general and Zoe in specific. I have been getting deep in Visible on Amy from the tonic’s recommendation

We went anti-histamine diet here and it helped Dave enormously! He’s now mostly vegetarian having been paleo most of his life.
